At Bargain Balloons USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your party supplies. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization Number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused balloons and accessories in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization Number is clearly written on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send your package back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping method; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
