How long does shipping take within the USA?
We offer various shipping speeds ranging from Economy (5-10 business days) to Priority Overnight. Most orders are processed within 24 hours to ensure your party supplies arrive on time.
Do you offer helium filling services?
Bargain Balloons USA is a wholesale supplier; all balloons are shipped flat (uninflated). You can have them filled at local party stores, florists, or by using a personal helium tank.
What is your return policy for unused balloons?
We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on balloons that have been inflated.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Yes, as soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress.
Are your balloons biodegradable?
Our latex balloons are made from 100% natural latex and are biodegradable. However, foil (Mylar) balloons are not biodegradable and should be disposed of properly or reused.
